Many people ask why we don’t have more Open Houses at Vacation Rentals that are for sale. The answer is that they are booked! This is a good thing. If you are buying a vacation rental, one of the best assets is a Great Rental History. The unit may be pristine but if you plan on using it as a vacation rental, and it has no history, plan on spending a few years getting good clientele. If you have a reasonably nice unit in a good location and charge market rates, you will establish clients that return year after year. That history is worth a lot of money!
