This Month In Real Estate – July 2012

Ok, I’ll start with a tiny peek at market trends for Maui –>  Both sales and prices were up in June.  Full reports aren’t out yet  (time for late reporters!) but as of this morning, transactions were up 15% over May and prices were up too!  Many areas have a shortage of inventory.  Average Sales Price was $677,710 and Median Sales Price was $415,100.   Look for detailed reports in a few days.

In the meantime, here is a national report on prices, mortgage rates and how people are finding homes to buy.
